SuggestionBox.com: Feedback For Enterprise

The most notable thing about SuggestionBox.com is that any person can submit a suggestion for any company, even if that company does not yet have a SuggestionBox.com account setup. By submitting the first suggestion, the box is created and others can begin contributing feedback. Later on, a representative from the company can take over management of the box and start responding to comments.
From the perspective of the company using the service, SuggestionBox.com allows categorization and status labels that help prioritize feedback in an easy to read inbox. This is a benefit for high volume input, but may not appeal to smaller companies that need simplification rather than categorization. The widget that can be placed on any website allows for promotion and access, and an RSS feed of all suggestions lets participants keep track of updates.
For those giving feedback, SuggestionBox.com lets you create a profile page of your own with categories of drafts, future, coming soon, and implemented suggestions. Friends can be added (invites by email), and messages exchanged.
SuggestionBox.com comes with an inherit problem, though. Its interface is effective, but not flowing, and new users are likely to feel as though there are too many places for suggestions to go. Small organizations may feel the same way -- that there are too many options for only a few suggestions. Price-wise, SuggestionBox.com scales well, with a $49.50 monthly fee for one internal user, and $9.95 for each additional user. Yearly plans and nonprofit discounts are available.
